Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although exquisitely decorated in Venetian style, had a slight musty smell. The junior suite, although a bit worn, was charming, but didn't match the advertised photos. Sadly, there was no table in the room. The hotel has a great team that takes priority in answering calls right in front of you, always providing friendly and helpful service. They even offered maps for every need and gave excellent dining recommendations. The location is superb, nestled between Rialto and San Marco, making it easy to access major sites via vaporetto. While not in the bustling center, it's close enough to walk comfortably to main attractions. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, was good, but considering the rates, it could be better. The hotel's facilities are up to par, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.

While the room was extremely small and not as updated as expected, the service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make my experience special. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action but in a quiet square, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations with excellent quality. The location was wonderful, just a few minutes' walk from the main canal, though slightly out of the center for first-time visitors.
