The location was indeed central and made exploring quite easy. I appreciated the daily breakfast with different options. Our room had a coffee machine with pods included..

The hotel has a bar with a terrace available exclusively for hotel guests. There is also luggage storage which was very helpful for a final day of exploring after checking out. Complimentary coffee pods were provided for the in-room coffee machine.

The reception staff assisted with directions to the apartment, a short walk from the main building. They stored luggage on the last day, a convenient service that allowed extended exploration. The staff was very helpful in general, I have to say.

A Palazzo of Perfection

I adored the breakfast. There were delicious daily specials! The staff in the breakfast room treated us well. Their attentiveness was heartwarming. I found our room to be very cozy, and the bathroom had an excellent shower.

underwhelming stay, location was not enough

small room terrible noise isolation

the location was quite central, a short walk from many attractions.

i was quite annoyed by several issues. first, the room was smaller than i expected. the noise isolation was terrible, i heard everything from the breakfast room to people talking loudly in the hallway, preventing sleep (even at 1-2 am).

totally awesome stay in an unique place

helpful staff bespoke breakfast quiet room great sleep

This hotel is so beautiful and everything felt very special. The staff was always happy to help, and they answered any questions quick. Breakfast was custom and yummy, especially as I have some food things I can't eat. My room was super quiet each night, so I had the best sleep.

The breakfast was a real standout with many choices available each morning. I did enjoyed the fresh pastries and the made-to-order omelets that were prepared just as I wanted, so very yummy.

The team was always happy to help, going beyond to. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots and was always fast to respond to our requirements. What more can you ask?

Our suite included a super comfy king-sized bed and a seating place so spacious. The bathroom had fluffy towels and fancy toiletries which smell amazing, it was super clean every time the cleaning team visited the room.

The hotel has a cute bar so fancy, with lots of drinks and snacks. There is also a gym with modern equipment for anyone wanting to keep active, and a relaxing place for massage, I think it had two tables.

not quite the four-star experience expected

small room lacking window

The location was fine. It made getting around fairly easy.

the room felt small and it lacked a window, something i consider pretty essential. to air it out, i had to open the door directly into a small public area where other guests sat, so there were zero privacy. plus, for a hotel claiming four stars, i expected more than what i experienced.
